In an effort to promote the use of herbs in the tourism and leisure industries, the Taitung District Agricultural Research and Extension Station (TTDARES) of the Council of Agriculture, Executive Yuan will hold the 2018 Lohas Herb Festival at the TTDARES Fengli Experimental Grounds on Saturday, April 21 beginning at 8:00 a.m. The event will consist of the following: the exhibition and sale of herbal essence oils and products produced by young farmers, a demonstration on how to cultivate 32 different types of herbs, a beautiful field of blooming garden cosmos, and the delightful fragrance of herbs that will ease your nerves from the everyday pressures of life.
