Evaluations for the 2017 National Top Ten Outstanding Agricultural Production and Marketing Teams began on October 5, and the scores were recently released. The teams nominated by the Taitung District Agricultural Research and Extension Station (TTDARES) performed exceptionally well, and the team from Zhengxing Village, Jinfeng Township won a place in the top ten.

The Zhengxing Village team has boosted the quality of its fruit. Those on the team jointly manage and market their fruit while actively complying with related government policies, following safe agrochemical use standards, and applying smart fertilization techniques. They have devoted themselves to establishing a traceability system via the use of QR codes, working hard toward establishing a healthy, safe environment for agricultural production.

The Zhengxing Village team has always enthusiastically participated in the trainings, demonstration events, and research projects held by the TTDARES, and they often share their successful marketing experiences with teams from other regions. It is no small feat to be named one of the National Top Ten Outstanding Agricultural Production and Marketing Teams, and we at the TTDARES are just as excited as the recipients!
