There is a time lag between anthers and stigma maturation for Annona flower, which resulted in low fruit setting and high rate of abnormal fruits. It was adjusted by hand-pollination, which consists of pollen collection and pollination techniques. The tools used are brush and pollinator. The pollinator was easy used and time saving, which was invented by our station. Artificial pollination used pollinator which need 8.3 seconds each flower, while the brush was 11.7 seconds per flower. The rate of fruit-set was more than 95%, and the shape of fruit is proper to market.
